Morton Grove Foundation

The Morton Grove Foundation is dedicated to promoting the well-being of the Morton Grove community and surrounding areas. Our purpose is to provide resources to benefit the welfare, health, education, environment and safety of area residents.
A message from Nicholas J Marino, Morton Grove Foundation Chairman
At this time of year, we are usually preparing to send out Grant Applications and making plans for our annual “Taste of Morton Grove”, however at this unprecedented time, with the global COVID-19 pandemic, we have decided it necessary to suspend the 2021 Taste of Morton Grove. This decision did not come easy but necessary with the health and safety of all our friends and families in mind. We plan to review this matter periodically and report back to you in the near future.
Please stay safe and healthy and we are hoping for a return to those pre COVID days when we can meet and greet and plan for another festive “Taste of Morton Grove”.

All Volunteer

The Morton Grove Foundation is an all volunteer, not-for-profit organization comprised of people who live and/or work in Morton Grove and who are dedicated to helping charities.

Raise Funds

The Morton Grove Foundation Board annually solicits funding requests form not-for-profit agencies and organizations that serve Morton Grove residents. The Board evaluates and prioritizes funding requests, and the scope of the funding is determined by the projected proceeds of the annual fundraising event.

Meet Needs

The Foundation's goal is to raise funds to increase the support for programs and projects that meet the community's charitable needs. Since its inception, the Foundation has distributed over $800,000 to local area charities.

WHO WE SUPPORT

We are pleased to partner with so many worthy charities and organizations that serve local needs. Your support of the Morton Grove Foundation enables us to continue and expand these partnerships. Your generosity has a direct impact on your community.

Our 2020 beneficiaries include these charities and noteworthy organizations.

“Due to the help of Morton Grove Foundation, anytime we get a grant, the monetary donation are extremely helpful because of the subsidized menu we’re able to order from. “
